Laguna Beach has many spectacular beaches such as Main Beach / Crescent Bay / Shaw's Cove / Sleepy Hollow / Wood's Cove / Victoria Beach / Aliso Creek and Thousand Steps.

Festival of the Arts runs from July through September. It's a Laguna Beach tradition since
1932, the Laguna Beach Festival of Art is Southern California's oldest and finest annual art
show, presenting 150 of Southern California's most accomplished artists in a scenic six acre canyon park.
Balboa Peninsula's beach was named one of the top ten urban beaches in the United States by Surfrider Magazine in 2001. Ocean side or harbor side? It could be the most difficult decision of your day. The Wedge, at the ocean-side tip of Balboa Peninsula, is famous for bodysurfing. Nearby, Corona del Mar State Beach sits below protective cliffs, the sand littered with beachgoers.

Balboa Pier/Balboa Beach
Location: At the end of Balboa Blvd., west of Main St. The Balboa Pier and beach are accessible from the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) or you can take the more adventurous route by cutting across Balboa Island and taking the ferry over.
Newport Wedge
Located at the very end of the Balboa Peninsula, the Wedge is a famous surf spot with large surf breaks close to shore.
Crystal Cove State Park
Location: On the north side of Laguna Beach, at the end of Crescent Bay Drive.
Crystal Cove State Park has 3.5 miles of beach and 2,000 acres of undeveloped woodland, which is popular for hiking and horseback riding. The offshore waters are designated as an underwater park. Crystal Cove is frequented by people who enjoy water related activities, such as swimming, surfing, sunbathing, scuba and skin diving, as well as people who like to fish, mountain bike and hike.
Corona Del Mar State Beach
Corona del Mar State Beach is a great family beach and a popular place for swimmers. Also known as Big Corona Beach , this is a half-mile long sandy beach framed by cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport Harbor.
